Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our bakery team as a Bakery Production Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bake and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand
  • Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist customers with purchases and provide recommendations on our products
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Dedicated team player
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and withstand some repetitive motions (bending, pushing/pulling cart)
  • Customer service orientation
  • Experience and knowledge of the Bakery Department is an asset
