About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations
    • Prepare and bake mixed dough and batters to meet production standards
    • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet quality and presentation standards
    • Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Team Support
    • Train and assist team members in bakery operations and procedures
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are meeting production standards
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct quality checks on baked goods to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
    • Identify and report any quality control issues to management
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced bakery environment with repetitive tasks
    • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
