Key Responsibilities
- Bake and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand
- Package and display products in a visually appealing manner
- Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet sales and production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Dedicated team player
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and withstand some repetitive motions (bending, pushing/pulling cart)
- Customer service orientation
- Experience and knowledge of the Bakery Department is an asset
