About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations
    • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
    • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
    • Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for quality and presentation
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that our bakery is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand
    • Monitor and control waste, minimizing unnecessary waste and reducing costs
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related environment
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
