Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them safely and ensuring their comfort and privacy.
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists with surgical procedures, including setting up sterile tables and handling instruments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Formal training as an O.R. Technician and certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • CGRN certification preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
