Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technician to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a key member of our operating room team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them safely and ensuring their comfort and privacy.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff with surgical procedures, including setting up sterile tables and handling instruments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; formal training as an O.R. Technician and certification as a surgical technologist preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CGRN certification preferred.
  • Ability to obtain ACLS certification within 3 months of employment.
