Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to help our customer service representatives improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work environment is outdoors and noisy.
