We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Franchise Management Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections, and receive inventory truck orders.
- Cash Control and Security: Follow all cash control and security procedures, including safe counting and cash drawers.
- Guest Service: Provide coaching and feedback to team members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities and raise restaurant performance.
- Operational Efficiency: Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
- Experience: 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
- Skills: Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles, ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
