- Work Priorities: Establish and maintain work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
