Job Title: Executive Director

At RX WEB SERVICES, we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead the selection and development of middle managers, directors, and executive staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
