Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Springbrook General Store. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information, utilizing manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Type, proofread, and prepare correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operational Support: Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
