Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Freshii Emerald Hills. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and physical demands.
