We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Booster Juice Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- 1 to 2 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and ability to work under pressure.
