Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2417393 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Manage Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and submit accurate budgets and reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent full-time position with a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
