Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Blue Ocean Freight Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory movements, shipments, and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Coordinator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
