About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Roadx Express Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Warehouse Space

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including the storage and retrieval of inventory.

Perform General Office Duties

You will provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Advise on Inventory Management

You will work closely with the warehouse team to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, and provide guidance on inventory management best practices.

Issue and Distribute Supplies

You will be responsible for issuing and distributing supplies to the warehouse team, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and accounted for.

Maintain Inventory Records

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on inventory movements.

Prepare Work Orders

You will prepare and track work orders, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Receive and Unpack Inventory

You will receive and unpack incoming inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately counted and recorded.

Ship and Deliver Goods

You will be responsible for shipping and delivering goods to customers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Environment

You will work in a dusty and noisy warehouse environment.

Work Setting

You will work in a repair and service establishment, wholesale establishment/store, and warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.

Weight Handling

You will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) of weight.

Personal Suitability

You will be required to demonstrate client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, team player, values and ethics, maturity, and punctuality.

Experience

You will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

You will be required to work in English.

Work Hours

You will work 35 to 45 hours per week.
