Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate Logistics

Organize and coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment within the warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Oversee Inventory Management

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.

Support Newcomers and Refugees

Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected.

Support Youths and Indigenous People

Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and Indigenous workers, ensuring that all employees understand and respect the diversity of our workforce.

Ensure Compliance

Responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
