Key Responsibilities- Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, and provide recommendations to management.
- Employee Support: Provide information and services to employees, including employee assistance and counseling.
- Recruitment: Prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Job Offers: Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
As a Recruitment Specialist at SVEN Solutions, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
