Staffing Coordinator Job Description

ANY Group Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and recruiting and hiring staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to determine the need for recruitment and hiring
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms
  • Screen and interview candidates to determine their suitability for available positions
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
