Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at EZCARE NURSING AGENCY.

Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, and working conditions.
  • Review candidate inventories and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
  • Prepare job offers and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all hiring practices are compliant.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
