Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Construction Assistant at ADM Mechanic Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt with attention to detail.
  • Assist medical examiners in charge with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support in aligning pipes during pipeline construction with a focus on safety.
  • Participate in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites with caution and expertise.
  • Contribute to framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs with a sense of pride.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings with care and attention to environmental impact.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials with a focus on sustainability.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants with urgency and expertise.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites with efficiency and care.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction with a focus on maintenance.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites with confidence and authority.
Work Environment

As a Construction Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of settings, including construction sites and warehouses.

  • Commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible practices.
  • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
Language and Work Schedule

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30-35 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
