Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team at Qualicare Homecare in Orillia/Barrie. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and ensure that all client needs are identified and addressed through the assessment process and implementation of the Plan of Care.
- Conduct ongoing assessments and prepare, administer, and document actions taken specific to medications.
- Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice and follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions.
- Work collaboratively with other medical disciplines to ensure coordinated services and that all client needs are met.
- Current certificate of competence and good standing.
- Certified in CPR.
- Strong clinical skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
