Position: Medical Office Receptionist
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and direct them to the appropriate services
  • Provide clear and accurate information to patients and visitors
  • Gather and manage essential information for service delivery
  • Operate multi-line phone systems and manage incoming calls
  • Oversee office supply inventory and orders
  • Document and relay important information
  • Coordinate and confirm patient appointments
  • Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of work
  • Process payments efficiently
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing and organizing mail
  • Conduct data entry with accuracy
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
