About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at HM Kitchener Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients to gather accurate case histories
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare providers
  • Prepare and submit insurance claims and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Procure and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • Establish and maintain confidential medical records and files
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a medical administrative role is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
