As a key member of the Procor Repair Services Ltd. team, the Weld Shop Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production departments. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate and manage the activities of various teams to achieve our goals of product quality, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the operations of all production departments to meet production goals and objectives.
- Ensure that production meets the standards of product quality, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report issues related to production, quality, maintenance, or personnel problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
