Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at CEC Personnel Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of workers, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of workers to ensure efficient production and quality control.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, hot, and wet/damp environment.

  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and dependability.
