  • As a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator at CEC Personnel Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, establishing work schedules, and supervising the activities of our team members.
  • You will also be involved in co-ordinating work activities with other departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities will also include preparing and submitting reports, establishing work schedules, and supervising the activities of our team members.

  • Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise the activities of production team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
