About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOUTON D'OR FOOD LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our food service staff, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and move with ease.
