About the Role

We are seeking an organized and results-oriented Delivery Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of regulatory compliance projects in the Canadian banking sector. You will work closely with project managers and business analysts to ensure that all projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of a portfolio of regulatory compliance projects
  • Ensure that all projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and business goals
  • Work with project managers to define portfolio scope, objectives, and success metrics
  • Report on the regulatory portfolio as needed by the Enterprise PMO
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster career growth opportunities for team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in delivery or project management, with a focus on regulatory projects in the Canadian banking sector
  • Proven experience managing teams of project managers and business analysts
  • Proficiency in waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $120,000 and $135,000 per year depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
