Position Overview

As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
