About Western 1 Drywall Ltd.

We are a leading home building company seeking a skilled Home Building Contractor - Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of subcontractors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect the work of subcontractors and ensure that it meets the required standards.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that they are informed throughout the project.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, invoicing clients, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the company's presence in the market.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
