Job Summary

Chanian Transport is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 32 to 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
