We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vineyard Worker to join our team at 0988081 BC Ltd. As a Vineyard Worker, you will play a crucial role in the success of our vineyard operations.
Key Responsibilities- Fertilization and Crop Management
Apply fertilizers to promote healthy vine growth and ensure optimal crop yields.
Pruning and TrainingRemove manually all suckers and water sprouts to maintain the health and productivity of the vines.
Cultivation and WeedingCultivate on vertical farming system and manually remove weeds to prevent competition for water and nutrients.
Harvesting and PackingPick row and orchard crops, and pack them for transportation to market.
Worksite MaintenanceClean work areas, and maintain equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements- Education and Experience
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but previous experience in a related field is an asset.
Physical DemandsThis role requires the ability to work independently, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
Work EnvironmentWork under pressure, in all weather conditions, and in a physically demanding environment.
