Vineyard Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at 0988081 BC Ltd. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to viticulture, including applying fertilizers, cultivating on vertical farming systems, and maintaining the growth of vines and grapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments to ensure optimal grape growth
  • Cultivate on vertical farming systems to maximize yields
  • Maintain the health and appearance of vines and grapevines
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as weeding, pruning, and harvesting
  • Work in all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor
Working Conditions:
  • Work site environment: viticulture, all weather conditions
  • Repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, tight deadlines
