We are seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team at 0988081 BC Ltd. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to ensure optimal crop growth
- Use manual and mechanical tools to cultivate and harvest grapes
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and work areas
- Monitor and maintain the health of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Vineyard work can be physically demanding and requires the ability to work in all weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
Requirements:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
