As a Personal Insurance Client Specialist, your mission will be to safeguard the most valuable assets of individuals. You will deliver exceptional client service through your approachable demeanor while sharing your extensive knowledge of personal insurance products, including home, travel, and auto insurance.

A Typical Day Includes:

  • Engaging with clients to assess and advise on their insurance requirements, ensuring they receive optimal coverage for all personal insurance needs (home, travel, auto).
  • Regularly following up on sales leads and referrals.
  • Processing renewals and ensuring that policies are accurately issued in a timely manner.
  • Meeting sales and retention objectives.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our Personal Lines and Auto products through ongoing education and training.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Insurance.
  • A Level 2 General Insurance License is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales initiatives.
  • Industry designations such as CIP, CAIB, CRM, or a diploma in General Insurance & Risk Management would be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $45,000.00 and $50,000.00, influenced by the successful candidate's skills, experience, and location, along with the specific business line and scope of the position.
