Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management

Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

Team Leadership and Development

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain the highest level of security standards, ensuring that our services meet or exceed client expectations.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.

Certifications and Licenses

CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Security Guard License.

Transportation and Travel

Valid driver's license.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with occasional standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral communication skills, strong judgement, and a client-focused approach.
