Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead our strategic upgrade initiative from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the project, ensuring that it meets the Board's objectives, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with the implementation partner, senior management, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, schedule, and budget, and track the progress and performance of the project.
  • Manage the project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project team, vendors, and consultants, and ensure that they have the necessary resources, guidance, and support.
  • Lead the change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communication plan, training plan, and readiness assessment.
  • Facilitate the change adoption and transition and ensure that the benefits and value of the project are realized and sustained.
  • Report on the project status, achievements, and challenges, and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Advanced College Diploma in Computer Technology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA, and their functionalities, features, and benefits.
  • Experience with SAP Upgrades and Migrations (from ECC to S/4HANA preferred), having completed such projects in the past.
  • Expertise in change management, and the ability to drive and facilitate change across the organization.
  • PMP or Project Management Certifications.

  • Attentive to details and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite products (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Sites, Mail, and Drive).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA an asset.
