Position Overview:
This role is crucial within the "Global IT" division, concentrating on the deployment and ongoing assistance of FICO (Finance and Controlling) operations utilizing SAP. The perfect candidate will be analytical, well-educated, and a driven team player with robust IT knowledge and a profound comprehension of financial systems. This position requires active participation throughout the complete lifecycle of SAP FICO processes, from assessment and design to execution and continuous support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business needs and identify gaps not addressed by current systems or implementations.
• Conduct a thorough needs assessment, analyzing available applications and pinpointing opportunities for enhancing existing systems.
• Determine viable solutions within the SAP framework and estimate the effort required to fulfill those business needs and gaps.
• Implement solutions through SAP configuration, master data setup, or coding, and support rollout initiatives.
• Provide daily SAP end-user assistance (50% of the time will be dedicated to resolving issues within SAP and offering necessary support).
• Proficient in using Jira for project management.
Collaborate effectively within a team to contribute positively to a high morale and high-performance culture, demonstrating a consulting mindset and strong personal integrity.
• Assist in coordinating and collaborating with external consultants (customers and suppliers) as well as internal team members.
• Maintain time tracking and documentation in accordance with Global IT standards.
• Ensure proper billing for projects and changes.
• Design practical, innovative, and conceptual technical solutions for business requirements, balancing technology, cost, and implementation timelines.
• Develop and adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, change control, code deployment, software controls, configuration management, continuous integration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of application issues.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Familiarity with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and BW is advantageous.
Previous experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not essential.
Technical expertise in SAP Report Writer and knowledge of Business Warehouse (BW) are preferred.
Certification in SAP or related fields will be considered a plus.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, systems trainer, systems designer, technical support, or applications programming.
• Must have worked on FICO modules in SAP and possess a solid understanding of the Finance and Controlling module. A good grasp of FICO's interaction with other SAP modules is essential.
• Involved in designing and configuring SAP finance solutions on SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) due to support for various plants.
• Experience in the automotive industry is desirable.
