About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Installer to join our team at 1323704 B.C LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing various types of floor coverings, including carpeting and resilient flooring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and efficient installation
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to create a smooth and even surface
  • Install carpeting and resilient floor coverings, ensuring a high-quality finish and attention to detail
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, restoring them to their original condition
  • Estimate costs and materials, ensuring accurate quotes and efficient project management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in floor covering installation
  • Ability to work in various locations, including residential and commercial settings
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
