Job Summary

Canadoo Tile & Floors Inc. is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered, ensuring accurate measurements and precise markings.
  • Material Installation: Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors with precision and attention to detail.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings, and prepare floors for installations to ensure a seamless finish.
  • Specialized Installation: Install vinyl or resilient tiles, and hardwood strip flooring with expertise and efficiency.
Work Environment

As a Floor Covering Specialist, you will work on various job sites, often on the road, and be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in floor covering installation
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
