Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Inspector to join our team at Cox Automotive. As an Automotive Inspector, you will be responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation of overall vehicle condition, ensuring that all vehicles meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any damage, missing parts, or mechanical issues.
  • Document vehicle condition using our proprietary software and ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Verify vehicle information based on work order details and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of our policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns related to vehicle condition or documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.
