Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Marketing Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating clients and promoting President's Choice Financial Products in-store.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Education: Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  2. Customer Understanding: Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  3. Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge to customers.
  4. Sales and Brand Awareness: Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  5. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  6. Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information.
  7. Product Promotion: Create excitement around the product offering by being a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales in a financial or retail environment.
  2. Sales Targets: Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
  3. Customer Service: Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to deliver key messages.
  5. Integrity: High level of integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.
  6. Background Check: Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.
  7. Learning and Development: Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
  8. Reliability: Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
