Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events.
  • Manage schedules and appointments effectively, and travel to client locations as required.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure post-sale support is being managed effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Field Sales Representative with a strong sales background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong motivation and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • High level of independence, accountability, and self-motivation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from client sites.
  • Ability to navigate various technologies, including CRM software, data entry systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed within the assigned territory, potentially including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
