- 4-8 years of experience in paid growth, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, segmentation, and attribution.
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 CAD.
