About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR team at Trotman Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, HRIS administration, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment initiatives by preparing job postings and prescreening candidates
- Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and initiate criminal history checks
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience end-to-end with timely, personable communication
- Provide support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
- Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the entire onboarding process
- Extract and utilize data on effectiveness of current employee programs as well as completing survey submissions to support best practices
- Assist the People & Culture department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
- Assist with People & Culture initiatives and projects as requested
- Remains up-to-date with current industry trends

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of previous Human Resources experience
- Human Resource post secondary education required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizing skills
