Position Overview

As a Guest Services Associate at Baymont Inn & Suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently managing room assignments.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Facilitate smooth group arrivals and departures.
  • Information Provider: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized record of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to emergency and safety procedures to ensure guest security.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and assist guests with special requests.
  • Customer Support: Provide attentive service to clients with special needs.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in word processing software is essential for this role.

Work Environment
