Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you excel at creating a welcoming atmosphere for Customers, effortlessly initiating friendly dialogues. Your ability to connect with both children and their guardians showcases your versatility. You are passionate about sharing your knowledge of athletic sneakers and apparel, adapting to various Customer needs while resolving any issues with a positive attitude. Working collaboratively with your team, you continuously enhance your personal skills on the sales floor. Your performance in this position will be evaluated based on individual and productivity targets, as well as your capacity to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every Customer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being well-informed about all available products and collaborating with colleagues to provide outstanding sales service. Achieving sales targets, delivering remarkable customer experiences, and meeting operational standards. Maintaining personal performance metrics and productivity goals. Engaging with every customer by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs. Demonstrating the ability to learn and share knowledge of products and trends that align with customer preferences. Keeping abreast of all product information, including current and upcoming trends. Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in retail. Confident and comfortable in engaging customers to provide an elevated shopping experience. Driven to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic merchandise. Proactively completes tasks or activities with minimal supervision. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $17.00
