Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team at Citigroup Inc. This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of employee engagement, risk management, and global talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a communication and employee engagement strategy for the Risk Data & Technology organization with approximately 500 staff members.
  2. Collaborate with the ERM Chief Administrative Office and Risk Data & Technology management to identify opportunities for branding and employee engagement activities.
  3. Partner with the Human Resources department to promote various employee initiatives, such as the Voice of Employee program, and create working committees to address people issues.
  4. Lead efforts to reduce employment attrition, working closely with direct managers and the ERM Chief Administrative Office.
  5. Assess employee connectivity, benefits management, and communication plans, and execute, plan, and lead team meetings, SharePoint site maintenance, newsletters, or similar communication plans.
  6. Work with the team and decision management leaders to develop a communication strategy for the department and create communication materials and presentations for senior management, including C-level management and other key stakeholders.
  7. Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities of running an employee program or portfolio of programs, such as the Voice of Employee plan.
  8. Partner with various players across ERM groups to analyze data and evaluate multiple sources to develop recommendations on high-priority people strategic initiatives contributing to employee motivation, engagement, and retention.
  9. Facilitate Lunch-n-Learn sessions and development plans for employees.
  10. Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel.
  11. Coordinate site visits and site events for global teams within the department.
Requirements
  1. 6-10 years of experience in a related field.
  2. Negotiation skills with external parties.
  3. Resourcing or staff management experience.
  4. Recruiting background is a plus.
  5. Talent management experience.
  6. Management of dispersed, diverse, global teams and personnel.
Education
  1. Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree.
