Security Supervisor

At Iconic Security Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security-related metrics and statistics.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- 30-44 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
